From aerospace engineering to fine art, we understand that not everyone knows what they want to be in the future whilst studying at university – and that’s ok. This year, we have decided to open up our application form for all students, regardless of the discipline that they are studying.
Whilst we have removed our disciplinary requirement, we do still have a university requirement in place. To be eligible to become a campus ambassador, you must be attending one of the following universities: Durham University, University of Bristol, University of Exeter, Queen Mary University of London, University of Edinburgh, University of Manchester, University of Liverpool, SOAS University of London, University of Sheffield, Lancaster University.
So, you’re probably wondering if this opportunity is right for you. As you can imagine, our campus ambassador places fill up very quickly, so we’ve decided to put together a few pointers to help you decide if you’re the right fit for the role.
> Do you have a bubbly personality?
> Can you wow an audience in front of a camera?
> Is social media one of your fortes?
> Are you able to use your initiative and work independently?
> Is there a secret marketing genius waiting to explode from within?
If you answered yes to at least four out of the five pointers above, then chances are you’re probably the perfect fit.
-To round things off, a fun fact about yourself
As a campus ambassador, creativity and innovation are key, so please feel free to truly express yourself. In terms of video length, whilst we won’t be putting any limitations in place, we do encourage all applicants to keep their video submissions below 180 seconds.
If the marketing team is impressed with what they see, then you’ll be invited to a final stage interview. This is where you’ll get to meet other members of the Early Careers team and ask any further questions about the role that may be pondering your mind*
*Please note that interviews will be conducted virtually
*Please ensure that you keep the entirety of September 1st free as the training session will take place from 9am-5pm
