Candidates who are invited to our assessment centres can expect to meet virtualy with our partners and legal directors for a strengths based interview before completing a micro exercise, designed to evaluate your written skills.
When you join our Paralegal Academy, you’ll experience a ready-made programme of development that gives you the best chance of being accepted onto our Casualty SQE qualification programme, potentially via a Graduate Solicitor Apprenticeship. You might even join us with an interest in working in a particular area of law - either way, we’ll place you into a team that best suits your skills and experience, and where you’ll be able to build and grow your technical expertise.
We’re also dedicated to making sure you have a clear understanding of what we expect from you at each stage of your journey. With regular mentoring conversations and feedback from your manager, you’ll always know where your strengths lie, which areas you need to focus on, and where your opportunities for progression are.
