At Clyde & Co. we want to support our firm to create communities of support, engagement and advocacy that enable our colleagues to advance the D&I agenda.
Our five inclusion networks bring together individuals within the firm, whether as a member of a community or as an ally, to shape the voice of our firm and create change.
As part of our ongoing commitment to tackle social mobility barriers in the legal profession, we operate a variety of initiatives with the aim of providing young people and those from socially diverse backgrounds with the tools to succeed in their careers. We currently operate several mentoring and outreach programmes with schools across the UK, as well as working with undergraduate age students through our Bright Futures programme to provide key skill on education around employment.
